Limpopo’s Social Development MEC, Florence Radzilani, has strongly condemned the horrific rape of a 71-year-old pensioner in Ga-Mashishi village. Two suspects forced entry into her home, threatened to kill her, and repeatedly raped her.
Radzilani expressed outrage: “This heinous act betrays our communal values and humanity.” The incident occurred shortly after the International Day of Older Persons.
Radzilani urged the community to come forward with information and pressed police to act swiftly. “We must prioritize seniors’ safety and bring perpetrators to justice.”
