Agreement Mkhari 
A devastating T-bone collision between a minibus taxi and an SUV at the intersection of R40 and Sabie Road near Perry’s Market Bridge in Hazyview has left one person dead and 15 others injured. The accident occurred on Saturday, with the violent impact trapping five taxi passengers and one SUV occupant inside the wreckage.
Firefighters were dispatched to the scene to extricate the trapped individuals. The injured were treated on-site before being urgently transported to nearby hospitals, many in critical condition.
Police and authorities are investigating the cause of the crash, and one lane toward Nelspruit remains closed as the investigation continues.
