Agreement Mkhari 
Five people have died following a devastating accident on the R71 road near JCI Mine.
A red VW Polo is reported to have gone off the road, crashed under a bridge, and caught fire. The vehicle burned beyond recognition, making it difficult for authorities to immediately identify the victims.
Emergency services responded to the scene, but all five occupants were declared dead. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
Motorists are urged to be extra cautious when driving along the R71.
