Agreement Mkhari 
A fatal accident occurred on the R71 road near the Selwane turn in Phalaborwa. The crash took place on Friday, 20 June 2025, at about 11h00 pm, resulting in the tragic death of one passenger.
Emergency services responded to the scene, but sadly, one person was declared dead. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
Authorities have urged motorists to exercise caution when driving, especially along this stretch of road.
