SAD NEWS: Man mauled by pitbull dog and tragically died at Marapyane village Mmamethlake, Mpumalanga

According to the reports, a 58-year-old man who worked as a caretaker of pitbulls, was allegedly mauled to death at his employer’s yard on Friday, 18 October 2024.
It is reported that the pitbull dogs were often locked up and only released between 01h00 am and 04h30 AM, to conduct some patrols in the premises.
It is also said that the man went for an outing on Thursday, 17 October 2024 and came back during that time. He was attacked by the dog and died there. He was found by a security guard lying on the ground motionless with multiple injuries and the dog was lying next to him.
The security guard notified the employer and the employer called Emergency Medical Services personnel who certified him dead. The case was also registered with SPCA.
