Agreement Mkhari 
A suspected thief was beaten to death by an angry mob on Wednesday, 16 April 2025, near Gate 1 of the University of Limpopo in Mamotintane village, Turfloop Campus, Ga-Mamabolo.
According to reports, the man was allegedly caught trying to rob a student near one of the campus entrances. A group of people confronted him and attacked him using unknown objects.
He sustained serious head injuries and died at the scene.
